Signs & Symptoms
~Corneal edema & haze
~Nausea or headaches
~Light sensitivity (photophobia)
~Excessive blinking (blepharospasm)
~Crossed or out-turned eyes (strabismus)
~Ocular enlargement (buphthalmos)
~Excessive tearing (epiphora)
~Decreased vision (amblyopia)
If your child exhibits these symptoms please see a qualified ophthalmologist as soon as possible. When childhood glaucoma is not recognized and treated promptly more permanent visual loss can result.
